The food at the hotel was top-notch! I enjoyed a scrumptious breakfast and dinner. The breakfast bread was packed conveniently for us to take. The hotel offered great service throughout the meals, which made it all the more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was fantastic and made it easy to access everything. I also appreciated the gesture of providing umbrellas during heavy snowfall.
Honestly, there isn't much to dislike about this hotel. I had a great experience during my city break.

I loved the delicious breakfast and dinner, the high-quality food was satisfying and my parents were thrilled. The service provided during the meal was top-notch, with timely delivery and attentive staff. The sashimi and beef were also impressive. Additionally, the hotel staff went above and beyond when it was snowing heavily upon our departure. They kindly provided us with umbrellas and informed us of the bus cancellation, showing exceptional service and warmth. I highly recommend this place for families and couples.

The meals offered were of great quality and quantity. the breakfast and dinner were delectable, and we appreciated being given a plastic bag to take away any leftover bread. the staff provided impeccable service, ensuring that our meals were served on time and exceeded our expectations. Another highlight was the availability of fresh and delicious sashimi and beef. the staff's kindness and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression on us, such as providing umbrellas during a heavy snowfall and notifying us of the bus cancellations.
We found that the rooms were slightly cramped, especially when attempting to maneuver our luggage around. the bathroom also proved to be quite small and lacked some amenities.
